Refund Policy

Our PMP online training course is designed by the PMP experts who have more than two decades of professional experience. The training course is designed to help the candidates to pass the PMP exam in their first attempt. However, if you are not satisfied with the course, you can ask for a full refund. We will promptly refund the full amount.

Specific Conditions for PMP Online Course

  1. You can ask for a refund within 7 days of your purchase.
  2. The guarantee will become void if you have already completed the first two modules and started the third module.

Specific Conditions for PMP Live Training

  1. You can ask for a refund after attending the first session of the live training.
  2. The guarantee will become void if you have already attended more than one session of the live class.

Money-back Guarantee

Our PMP training courses comes with a Money-back Guarantee. Our course is designed to help the aspiring candidates to pass the PMP certification exam in their first try.

However, in an unfortunate circumstance, if you do not pass the exam in your first try then you can ask for money-back. Just submit a copy of your PMP exam scorecard to [email protected] to get the money that you spent on our training.

Specific Conditions for PMP Online Course

  1. This guarantee is applicable only on Advanced plan. It is not applicable to Basic and Standard plans.
  2. You have to go through the entire training course and complete all the modules. The course is considered to be complete only after course completion certificate is issued to you.
  3. You have to attempt all Agile quizzes and at least two full-length tests of our exam simulator before taking the PMP certification exam.
  4. You have to take the PMP certification exam within 30 days of completing the training course.
  5. You have to share your exam date with us at least seven days before appearing the exam.
  6. PMExperto will give you the money that you paid us as course fee. We will not give any other expenses incurred by you, including but not limited to PMP certification exam fee.
  7. We will give you your money back within 30 days of your intimation about failing the exam.

Specific Conditions for PMP Live Training

  1. You must have 100% attendance in the live training sessions.
  2. You have to attempt all Agile quizzes and at least two full-length tests of our exam simulator before taking the PMP certification exam.
  3. You have to take the PMP certification exam within 30 days of completing the training course.
  4. You have to share your exam date with us at least seven days before appearing the exam.
  5. PMExperto will give you the money that you paid us as course fee. We will not give any other expenses incurred by you, including but not limited to PMP certification exam fee.
